IHCA Executive Workshop Offers Independent Non-Franchise Home Care Agencies An In-Depth Experience Regarding Their Strategies, Operations, and Personal Development.
About Our Event:
The Independent Home Care Alliance launched Executive Workshops in 2021 and because of an increase in demand and the positive feedback from our previous attendees, we are increasing our attendee capacity and bringing in industry and IHCA experts as speakers to complement our “home care guided audit” approach.
IHCA Executive Workshops are unlike any other industry conference because they’re only for independent, non-franchise agencies that are already serving clients and caregivers alike in their communities. It’s exactly as it sounds… a workshop; therefore, you are sure to leave with actionable discoveries to improve your agency.
The IHCA Executive Workshop addresses the following areas and includes receiving a professional headshot, as well as four 1-hour post workshop strategy and execution sessions, typically covering: recruitment & hiring, people & culture, finance & accounting, payroll, human resources, sales & marketing, technology & software, led by our CEO Kunu Kaushal.

It’s a day and a half of jam-packed information, education, instruction and knowledge designed to impact.
Ticket cost is $999 for first person for non members and then $499 for each additional team member. Current members will receive $200 off the first ticket and Powered Partners receive a free ticket.
A ticket includes the in-person attendance to the IHCA workshop in Nashville, with access to all sessions, lunch, refreshments, a professional headshot, and a networking reception.
