Independent Home Care Alliance Selects Careswitch as an IHCA Vendor Partner for Home Agency Management and Payroll Software
The Independent Home Care Alliance (IHCA), a membership-based organization focused solely on empowering independent non-franchise caregiving agencies, has announced a preferred vendor partnership to their Membership & Performance Group levels with Careswitch, a home care agency management software provider that made headlines recently by becoming the first home care software vendor to use a freemium model.
Careswitch’s offerings include agency management software built for the needs of private-duty home care agencies, plus the home care industry’s only built-in payroll processing.
This partnership includes an endorsement of Careswitch’s platform as a Preferred Partner for agency management software and payroll, as well as plans to coordinate on educational resources for home care owners. Kunu Kaushal, founder of the IHCA, will be the featured speaker at Careswitch’s virtual education event, Client99, on October 12.

IHCA has four offerings to meet an independent agency where they are in their journey.
