Megan Mannino 

People Services Director

Megan has been in human resources for the past 14 years ranging from a variety of different industries. Megan continues to build what has already been established within IHCA and brings it to the next level. As a leader Megan believes in the importance of empowering, supporting, and encouraging those to grow. A graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, Megan has her bachelor’s degree in arts and humanities.

Jamie Walls

Implementation Manager

Jamie has been in homecare for over 10 years. Her knowledge is based on experience. Jamie’s background consists of billing, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. She currently processes payroll for Independent Home Care Management Solutions and is involved in the implementation process for our current and new business partners.  

Tabetha Null

Implementation Manager

Tabetha has a degree in Communications from Austin Peay State University. She pivoted from the hospitality industry, 10 years in restaurants and 7 in the luxury hotel space, to make a difference in the lives of others. She brings her love of making processes easier and supporting those that work with the end clients with her. Tabetha is a problem solver. When not working she and her family enjoy the great outdoors through hiking, cycling, kayaking and traveling.

Courtney Carroll

Recruitment and Onboarding Manager

Courtney has  worked in home care and recruiting/onboarding for six years. She oversees our team of recruitment specialists and onboarding specialist to ensure we are doing our best to meet the needs of our clients. She oversees job postings, recruiting efforts, our LMS and HRIS systems, new hire surveys, background check reviews, initiate and create new policies, and procedures to continue to become more efficient. I keep the people in my work and strive to become a better leader for my team every day. Courtney has a Bachelors of Science in Sociology from MTSU.

Robert Leaman

People and Culture Manager

With a degree in Religious Studies from University of the Incarnate Word, Robert began his career as a recruiter approximately two decades ago. He has a passion for helping people and placing them in positions where they can flourish and grow. Being a mentor and helping people not only reach but achieve their goals. He is also an advocate for oneness and love, peace and understanding, and equality and inclusivity. Robert states that when you find a career that parallels your calling in life, hold onto it with white-knuckles and don’t let it go. Be humble and true and follow your passions!

Peter Fontaine

Finance & Accounting Director

Peter has over 20 years of experience in professional services. He has extensive knowledge in finance, management and operations. Peter believes in the importance of collaboration and is driven to create an impact. Peter earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pace University and his master’s degree in business administration from Vanderbilt University.

Sophia Stewart

Accounting Supervisor

Sophia has over 12 years of experience in small business accounting, fiance planning, client management, and operations. Sophia has recently moved to Tennessee from Texas. 

Kunu Kaushal

Founder & CEO 

Kunu is the Founder & CEO of Senior Solutions, Founder of the Independent Home Care Alliance (IHCA), and Past President of the Tennessee Association for Home Care (TAHC). With my grandparents as my first clients, I opened Senior Solutions in 2010, and in its 10+ years of operation, the company has added service lines in transportation, nutrition, care management, transition services, and veteran care solutions, all while expanding to 20+ offices, all 95 counties in Tennessee, and the metro Atlanta, Georgia area.

It is $49.95 to become a registered agency, with access to our seal and access to our private Facebook groups, virtual huddle calls, events, group purchasing discounts and opportunities, etc.


Ambassador Agency

An involved agency that is selected to become an ambassador agency. They will speak about IHCA in more detail and with more agencies, and will receive more “perks” for their involvement.




Certified Agency

This agency’s team has attended our IHCA training program and has received seals and certifications for their engagement. After completing training you are eligible to become Powered Partners.






This is an agency that has opted into the shared services and back-office operations model with IHCA.
